Off To Tipperary in the morning lyrics and chords

This song is sometimes called  ''With me shillelagh under me arm'' . It was recorded by Bing Crosby and Ruby Murray. It was Written by Billy O’Brien and Raymond Wallace. Tipperary seems to be a good county to write songs about as most become very well known, but the one that always stands out in one's mind is It's A Long Way To Tipperary Song .
Ruby Murray plays this in the key of Fm, the chords here are just one step down from her version and makes the song easier to play.
[Em]Sure I'm tired of roaming 'round
And so I'm [D]gonna pack me grip,
And I [Em]mean to book me passage on
A mighty powerful ship.
I'll be [G]bound to send a telegram
The [C]day I reach the quay
To tell them in a [G]week or two
They'll [C]be ex[G]pecting [D]me.

(Chorus)

With me shi[G]llelagh under me arm
And a [C]twinkle in me eye,
I'm off for Tippe[A]rary in the [D]morning
With me [G]shillelagh under me arm
And a [C]too-ra-loo-ra-lie,
I'll be welcome in the home that I was [D]born [G]in.

Me [D]mother's told the neighbour
That I'm [G]gonna settle down;
[A]Phil the Fluter's comin' 'round
To [D]play me round the town.
With me shil[G]lelagh under me arm
And a [C]twinkle in me [G]eye
I'm [C]off for Tippe[D]rary in the morn[G]in'.

[Em]Sure I'm feeling mighty fine,
And I've got [D]bags of money, too,
And I [Em]mean to give the folks at home
A [G]proper Irish [Em]do.
There'll be [G]such a welcome waiting for ye
All a[C]long on the mat,
I can just imagine [G]people saying
"Ah ha, [C]how [G]are ye, [D]Pat?"

With me shil[G]lelagh under me arm
And a [C]twinkle in me eye,
I'm off for Tippe[G]rary in the [D]mornin'.
With me shil[G]lelagh under me arm
And a [C]too-ra-loo-ra-[G]lie,
I'll be [C]welcome in the [D]home that I was born [G]in.

Me [D]mother's told the neighbour
That I'm [G]gonna settle down,
