This was recorded by Rapalje,  The Dubliners,The Pogues with Kirsty McColl doing the singing. Kirsty McColl would be better known as a pop singer and wrote and recorded many including Thank You For The Days which Luke Kelly later recorded. And I think Billy Connolly also had a go this old folk song.  The Pogues lyrics differ slightly from The Dubliners version.
